1. Do I need to buy or hold stocks?

5. Are all the products include photographs?
Yes, all our products include photographs. We make sure that almost all our products include multiple photographs to make selling easier for you. In few products, single photographs only would be provided. We suggest you to visit our live products at DROPOdropshipping.com. However, we assure that majority of our products contain multiple photographs.

6. Can I use the products photographs for marketing? Will there be any copyright issue?
As we source products legally from the trusted manufacturers, there will be no copyright issues for the products or the photographs. You can use those anywhere seem fit.

7. Are the products branded or non-branded?
Most of our products are non-branded ones which makes it easier for you to sell and not have any issues with the brand. You can list and sell these products anywhere you wish. There is no permission required. In few categories like women’s innerwear and kids toys, we provide you branded products only as these are considered sensitive categories.

8. Who will take care of fulfillment of orders?
We will take care of storing, packaging and ready to pick your orders for your integrated courier partner.

9. Who will take care of shipping?
You will have to take care of shipping though we will provide the API integration with all the leading shipping providers ie. Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom, Aramax, DHL, FedEx

10. How many days do you take to deliver the orders?
Your order shall be ready to ship within 24 hours of order received and sufficient balance in your DROPO! Wallet as per product wholesale and fulfillment cost.

11. What cost shall be arising when the order will be returned by the customer/ courier?
In this case the wholesale price of the product shall be refund in your DROPO! Wallet within 48 hours.

12. Do you charge for Return handling
No, we don’t charge anything for return handling until the product is damaged used/ other product and in not the proper primary packaging.

13. If return product is Damaged/ used / other products what are the charges?
In this case we will charge the wholesale price of the product.

14. Is the order fulfillment charges are refundable in case of return?
No, once the order packed then order fulfillment charges shall be applicable in case of order cancellation/ return.

15. Who will refund to the buyer?
Being a seller of the product you shall have the responsibility to refund to buyer.

16. Who shall bare the cost of forward/ return shipping cost?
It is totally depending on you (Seller)

17. Do you ship to international locations?
Yes, we ship to international locations, If you already have a tie up with courier companies for international shipments, we can let them pick up shipments from our warehouses.

18. Whom should I contact if there is any issue with the shipping?
DROPO! will be single point of contact for all your queries and issues regarding technical issue in website, integration, inventory sync & order sync, order fulfillment, product/ inventory availability. Our support team will reply or fix the issue for you, if any.

19. Do I need GST number to start a business with DROPO!?
Not Required. You can either provide us GST Number or PAN Card Number to start using our services. Though you may be required by marketplaces to sell the products.

20. Can I claim GST Fees i.e., ITC?
If you have a GST Number, you can claim the GST amount paid on all the orders from subscription invoices to order invoices.

21. Do I need to do any business registrations?
As per govt. rules, to sell products (except books) you are required the GST registration as proprietor, partnership firm or PVT. LTD. Company.

22. How does the billing work on every order?
For every order in dropshipping business, there would be two invoices. First part invoice is from you to customer and Second part invoice is from us to you.

First part invoice is called the B2C invoice. If you sell products through the website we create for you, your customers shall directly download the order invoices from the website if required. This invoice will display the retail price

i.e., the price you sell the products for, to your customers. If you sell through marketplaces like Amazon, your customers will get invoice from Amazon portal directly.

Second part invoice is called the B2B invoice. We provide the GST invoice to you with wholesale costs mentioned.

23. Do I get payments directly from my customers or you will settle us?
you get paid directly from your customers whether prepaid or COD. Post that, while making a wholesale order, you will pay to us.

24. Will I get invoices for all the orders and subscription payment?
Yes, you get invoices for all the orders and the subscription.

25. Will you provide a website?
Yes, we provide website and hosting on certain plans. You can see all our plans and pricing at DROPOdropshipping.com and choose the plan you think is good for you.

28. Do you help me to list products on marketplaces ie. Amazon, Flipkart etc?
We made listing on Amazon very easy. You only need to download our Amazon formatted product sheets, get GTIN exemption if required and upload on your Amazon seller panel. Should you face any issues with our listings or formats, you can always write to our support team and we fix it at the earliest. Should you require, you will find a lot of easy to find tutorials on Youtube and on Amazon, Flipkart itself.
